Ceremonial grade is the highest quality classification of matcha, used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies. Made from the youngest shade-grown leaves and stone-ground into an ultra-fine powder, it produces a naturally smooth, umami-rich flavour with minimal bitterness.
We use Bionutricia ube purple yam extract powder — a premium, natural extract that delivers authentic ube flavour without artificial colouring or additives. The result is a vibrant, creamy latte with genuine earthy-sweet depth.

Both use ceremonial-grade matcha but differ in character. Signature is smooth and balanced — gently umami with aromatic softness, ideal for everyday enjoyment. Origin is bolder with a pronounced green tea character, deeper bitterness and a lingering finish.
